In this session, you and your dog will participate in a peaceful and stimulating yoga practise while bonding and deepening your relationship. You'll discover new yoga positions and practises that you can use with your dog every day at home! This is a one-of-a-kind pastime that your dog will enjoy as well!

The advantages of dog yoga are outlined in a logical manner. For both you and your dog, increasing mindfulness, trust, deep sleep, and reducing anxiety can lead to a nurturing, satisfying existence together.

All yoga students are welcome, including those who are new to the practise, to this Hatha / Kundalini class.

Each session lasts an hour and includes the following:

- Two guided meditations of 15 minutes each (one at the beginning and one at the end of the session)
- Pay attention to the directions on how to proceed with Meditation.
- Each session's topic should be discussed.
- Ask any questions you have concerning your profession.
- Practice at home with these resources.
- Share your views and ask questions in an online journal.
