Baby Yoga is a collection of practises aimed at improving the playful connection and communication between parents and their children, as well as promoting their healthy growth. 

These sessions combines the therapeutic advantages of touch with the benefits of movement and relaxation.

My experience with the New Floom training was fantastic. I'm able to put what I've learned into practise right away with my little one, and I'm secure in sharing it with other women. The femininity is expertly integrated throughout the course content and passionately given by the yogi's themselves. You can't help but feel that the instruction is speaking directly to you. I would definitely recommend baby yoga to anyone with a baby.  If your baby was upset, needed feeding etc. nothing was a problem. Some of the mums in the class already had an idea of what to do as they had attended several times before. So, everyone was very kind and helpful. This does not only teach you new things, but also build new connections with people in the same position as you.

Each session lasts an hour and includes the following:

- Two guided meditations of 15 minutes each (one at the beginning and one at the end of the session)
- Pay attention to the directions on how to proceed with Meditation.
- Each session's topic should be discussed.
- Ask any questions you have concerning your profession.
- Practice at home with these resources.
- Share your views and ask questions in an online journal.
