What happens at this event?

Each session lasts an hour and includes the following:

  • Two guided meditations of 15 minutes each (one at the beginning and one at the end of the session)
  • Pay attention to the directions on how to proceed with Meditation.
  • Each session's topic should be discussed.
  • Ask any questions you have concerning your profession.
  • Practice at home with these resources.
  • Share your views and ask questions in an online journal.

This was the most transformative meditation session I have ever had. Flo is brilliant at what she does, the language she uses really relaxes your mind and body. It was exactly what I needed. Definitely would recommend to everyone.
