Yoga for Relaxation

Question 1

Have you ever attended a yoga session before?*

In this session, you and your dog will participate in a peaceful and stimulating yoga practise while bonding and deepening your relationship. You'll discover new yoga positions and practises that you can use with your dog every day at home! This is a one-of-a-kind pastime that your dog will enjoy as well!

The advantages of dog yoga are outlined in a logical manner. For both you and your dog, increasing mindfulness, trust, deep sleep, and reducing anxiety can lead to a nurturing, satisfying existence together.

All yoga students are welcome, including those who are new to the practise, to this Hatha / Kundalini class.

Baby Yoga is a collection of practises aimed at improving the playful connection and communication between parents and their children, as well as promoting their healthy growth. 

These sessions combines the therapeutic advantages of touch with the benefits of movement and relaxation.

I would definitely recommend baby yoga to anyone with a baby.  If your baby was upset, needed feeding etc. nothing was a problem. Some of the mums in the class already had an idea of what to do as they had attended several times before. So, everyone was very kind and helpful. This does not only teach you new things, but also build new connections with people in the same position as you.

Each session lasts an hour and includes the following:

- Two guided meditations of 15 minutes each (one at the beginning and one at the end of the session)
- Pay attention to the directions on how to proceed with Meditation.
- Each session's topic should be discussed.
- Ask any questions you have concerning your profession.
- Practice at home with these resources.
- Share your views and ask questions in an online journal.

Mindful Meditation training can help you create your own mental space.

I offer one-to-one or private, single sessions or courses. You may prefer not to join a course or want immediate help with learning massage. For a single session you would learn a selection of massage strokes, designed for your baby, that will benefit your baby. This can be booked as a home visit or you can come to my studio. Rates start from £35, dependent on location, travel costs will be added.

You can take a complete course. You will learn the whole body massage and reflexology techniques, gradually over multiple sessions. Rates start from £108 for a 4 session course or from £125 for a 5 session course. Depending on location, travel costs will be added. This can be taken in the comfort of your own home or my studio.

If you have a group of friends why not consider taking a private course together?  With a minimum of four, this can easily be arranged and can be taken at my studio or you can host, whatever is convenient for you. If you host, you receive a 25% discount.  Six or seven (max at my studio), cost is £50 per person; 5 £55 per person; 4 £60 person. Smaller groups can be accommodated.
